Updating the Internal DStar Repeater List for "Near Repeater" Function

I have seen lots of articles and posts on creating memory positions for repeaters using cloning software but does anyone have instructions on how to update the reapeaters list found using the IC-7100 touch screen, native "Near Repeater" button?

The  D-STARINFO.COM website maintains is a great resource for repeater lists and lots of other d-star related things.

    The IC-7100 will not take a CSV file to import to its DR Nearest DB and this is what you get from D-STARINFO.com website. It's looking for a settings file.
